159A MPM production lines for Shandong Panjin 

Shandong Panjin Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co.,Ltd decides to launch several sets of seamless pipe continuous rolling production lines at the same time to become the global seamless pipe manufacturing base in 2017

The first stage project is scheduled to produce 3,000,000 tons of seamless pipes each year with the product specification: φ32mm ～351mm, which is unprecedented all around the world.

This project attracts a lot of domestic and overseas attention owing to large quantity, short delivery time and several lines being launched at the same time. Tongze finally wins the contracts after more than 1 year of technical exchange, equipment evaluation with the advantages of advanced technology, reliable equipments, short manufacturing time. On September 22～23, 2017,  both parties signs the contract of 2 sets of MPM production lines(Project No.159A) , 2 sets TRCM production lines (Project No.273).

159A1 MPM production line’s hot trial starts on June 25, 2018. It only takes 9 months from design, manufacturing, installation to commissioning. The new quickest steel pipe project record is made by Tongze.

159A2 MPM production line’s hot trial starts in July,2018. The both lines are now in production status.

159A1 and A2 MPM production line uses 2- roller and 6- stand MPM with retailed mandrel, mainly including the walking beam heating furnace, cone type piercer, rolling mill, extractor, induction reheating furnace, SRM, walking beam cooling bed, pipe layer saw.
